Free Shipping on all standard packages. Large quantities and products considered over-sized will incur a shipping fee. If your product is eligible for free shipping this option will be available at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

You can canel orders only before they have been produced. Please call us immediatly if you wish to cancel an order.

Refund Policy

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Shortages or errors must be reported via email within 3 business days of shipment receipt.

Understandably, personalized and custom ordered items may not be returned for a refund unless there were errors on our part, or in shipping.

Color Policy

We do our best to produce our products with industry standard colors and printing practices.  Please do not base your color selection on the display of your screen rather choose based on the caption shown.  Due to the calibration of computer monitors there may be vast differences between what you the customer sees and what we see.  If your color is critical please leave us a comment before ordering that you need a specific color.  We have capabilities to produce your banner with PANTONE color matches.  If you need this feature please contact us for more information. 

We will not replace products based on color variation.  

Proof Policy

We have made it very clear to the customer that they must review and approve all proofs before ordering.  As such we cannot refund orders that have been produced that include mistakes visible on the proof.

Acceptable Content

We reserve the right to deny production of custom products for any reason. We will not produce logos transmitted to us that are copy written unless the customer has explicit permission to do so. We will not produce any custom product that includes adult content in general including nudity, x rated content, and language. Orders that are cancelled due to violations of content will be refunded in full.

Delivery Policy

Products are sent to the customer by SignsToYou.
It is our best intention to ship your order within 2 business days of receipt (Monday - Friday). We will notify you if there are any delays in shipment.

We ship to the shipping address that you provide at checkout - please make sure that it is entered correctly!

Tracking numbers will be provided in an email link after orders are placed, your tracking number will appear as soon as your order has shipped.

USPS priority mail will NOT have a detailed tracking number, only delivery confirmation number which verifies the delivery location and if the package has been delivered.

We are not responsible for shipping delays after your item has left our facility.  It is your responsiblity to choose a shipping method appropriate to get your item to you on time.  Please call us for suggestions on shipping methods if you have questions
